Greetings, Sports Fans!

If I ever write an autobiography, each chapter might start with "Back then, the current hyperfocus was..." because that's what I do. I get zeroed in. I get monomaniacal. Sometimes it's for an hour. Sometimes it's for a decade.

I like Blood Bowl. I like dungeon crawlers. So right now, my dopamine-seeking missiles are trained on the great game of Dungeon Bowl and the broader hobby.

This blog is me going public with the fixation and I have a few goals in mind.

I don't actually play that much Dungeon Bowl. It's true! I'm what they call "time poor," what with a full-time job, a family, and other such grownup responsibilities. My gaming time is also largely spoken for by my wonderful Sunday Sigmar group. I enjoy Warhammer Blood Bowl on Steam, but my primary interaction with Dungeon Bowl is through solo play (more on that later) and through reading about it.

I want to document and share my findings for fun and for posterity. This means lore (rather than a lot of gameplay guides) and real-world history. The history of gaming en masse, and the rather interesting sub-hobby of Warhammer history, is very interesting to me. So, if I can contribute to that a little bit and help other such obsessives on their nerd journeys, then more's the better.

As such, I hope this can become a central hub of information for all things Dungeon Bowl. There is an absolute deluge of Blood Bowl and Dungeon Bowl content out here in these internet streets, what with 40 or so years of material to play with and discuss. However, or perhaps because of this longevity, it is cast about like so many winds of magic. Or squig poo. Or...choose your own Warhammer simile. If my resolve holds (and/or I get some help...) The Teleporter Report could be a singular stop if you want to enjoy more Dungeon Bowl.

So it begins. Not with a kick-off but with the zapping of teleporters and the merry blasting sounds of rigged chests. If you have any suggestions, or if you would like to do a bit of writing, please email me!

And happy delving.
