Somewhere on the internet is a trove of dungeon layouts to be had. In fact, it's here on Imgur. Appolix has generously documented their creative Dungeon Bowl maps and this journalist has attempted to translate about half of these designs into an easy-to-read graphics format. The scale here isn't quite perfect but should be enough to get you going.
